Privacy Policy

This policy applies to GhauriLaunchPad and this website. It explains how we handle personal information when you browse the site, contact us, or create an account.

Enquiries. When you contact us about a course, a done-for-you service, or a brand investment, you choose what to send us — typically your name, phone number, email address, country, and a description of what you need. If you send the enquiry over WhatsApp, the message content is also held in your own WhatsApp account. If you use the contact form, we store what you submitted in our database and email a copy of it to ourselves so we can reply.

Accounts. If you create an account, our authentication provider (Clerk) stores your name, email address, and profile image. We use this to sign you in and to show you the right content.

Course activity. If you enrol, we store your enrolment, your progress, any comments you post, and any support tickets you open, so the site can show you your own dashboard. Comments you post on a course page are public — your display name and profile picture are shown next to them.

Country detection. We detect the country you are browsing from so prices can be shown in your local currency. This uses a country code supplied by our hosting provider (Vercel) from your connection. If it is unavailable we default to the United States. Your IP address is not sent to any third party for this, and we do not store it for this purpose.

Abuse prevention. IP addresses are held briefly in server memory to rate-limit form submissions. They are not written to our database and are discarded when the server restarts.

Browser storage. We store one thing in your browser's local storage: your language preference. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.

Analytics. Google Analytics 4 runs on our public marketing pages to tell us which pages people read. It is switched off entirely on the admin area and on your account dashboard. Alongside standard page views we record three click events — when someone opens WhatsApp from the site, follows a link to Udemy, or opens one of our social profiles. Each carries only a coarse label, the page path, and the destination platform. We do not attach your name, email, or any message content to them.

Cookies. The cookies set are the session cookies our authentication provider needs to keep you signed in, plus analytics cookies set by Google Analytics 4 on our public marketing pages. We do not use advertising cookies.

We do not run advertising pixels or third-party advertising trackers. (We do use Google Analytics 4 on public marketing pages to understand traffic — see “Information collected automatically” above.) We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not build advertising profiles.

We never handle your payment details. No payments are taken on this website. There is no checkout and no card processing. Every purchase is arranged directly with our team over WhatsApp, so any payment information you share is handled by you and your bank or payment provider — never collected or stored here.

We share the minimum data necessary with the providers that run this service: Clerk (authentication), Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), Vercel (hosting, content delivery and country detection), Cloudflare (Turnstile, the anti-bot check shown during sign-up), and Google (Analytics 4). Each processes data on our behalf under its own terms.

Email we send. There are exactly two: a welcome message when you create an account, and an internal alert to ourselves when someone submits the contact form. Both are sent through Resend. We do not run newsletters or marketing campaigns from this site.

Account and enrolment records are kept while your account is active. Enquiry records are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period afterwards so we can follow up. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

You can ask us to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 2469680 and we will action it. You can clear your browser's local storage at any time from your browser settings.

This site is intended for adults running or starting a business. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, we will update the page and the “last updated” date above.
