Courses are sold through Udemy, not through this website. When you buy a course, your purchase is covered by Udemy's 30-day money-back guarantee, which applies to eligible purchases subject to Udemy's refund policy.

Purchases made through the Udemy iOS or Android app are governed by Apple's or Google's refund policies instead — those refunds are requested through the app store, not through Udemy.

Refunds are requested from Udemy, not from us. Log in to your Udemy account, open your purchase history, and follow Udemy's refund steps. Full instructions are in Udemy's refund policy.

Done-for-you services. Company formation, product hunting, sourcing, logistics, branding, account management and our other services involve work performed for you and payments made to third parties on your behalf. They are not covered by the 30-day course guarantee. What happens if you cancel is set out in the written scope we agree with you before the work starts.

Brand investments. Co-investment in a brand or a product launch is an investment, not a purchase, and is not refundable under this policy. Its terms are set out in the individual agreement for that opportunity.
